Accessibility Statement

Accessibility is an ongoing practice. This statement describes the website as published and will be updated as we test and improve it.

Our commitment

Loomi Web, Inc. ("Loomi Web," "we," "us," or "our") strives to make its website usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control, and keyboard-only navigation. We believe an accessible web is simply a better web, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how we design, build, and maintain our own site and the sites we build for our customers.

We are a Buffalo and Western New York web-design business, and accessibility is part of the craft we care about. This statement describes what we do today, where we know we fall short, and how you can reach us if something gets in your way.

Conformance status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities.

At this time, loomiweb.com partially conforms to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conforms" means that some parts of the content may not yet fully meet the standard. We treat full conformance as an ongoing goal rather than an unqualified guarantee, and we review and improve the site as part of our regular work.

Measures we take

To make and keep our website accessible, we take steps that include:

  • Semantic HTML: using meaningful headings, landmarks, lists, and labels so assistive technologies can understand the structure of each page.
  • Keyboard navigability: designing interactive elements so they can be reached and operated with a keyboard, not just a mouse or trackpad.
  • Text alternatives: providing descriptive alt text for meaningful images and marking decorative images so screen readers can skip them.
  • Sufficient color contrast: choosing text and background colors that aim to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios so content stays readable.
  • Responsive, zoomable layouts: building pages that adapt to different screen sizes and that remain usable when text or the page is zoomed.
  • Respecting reduced motion: honoring the operating-system "reduced motion" preference so animations can be minimized for people who are sensitive to movement.
  • Accessible forms & focus states: pairing form fields with visible labels, providing clear error messages, and keeping focus indicators visible as you move through a page.
  • Ongoing review: checking new and updated pages with a mix of automated tools and manual testing, and folding accessibility into how we build going forward.

Known limitations

We want to be honest: despite our best efforts, some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible. Known and possible limitations include:

  • Third-party embeds: content we embed from outside providers (for example, scheduling widgets, maps, or video players) may not fully meet accessibility standards, and we have limited control over how those third parties build their tools.
  • Older content: some pages or documents published earlier may not yet match our current accessibility practices.
  • Scheduling: the Cal.com booking calendar is third-party content. We also provide a direct link to its booking page and phone/email alternatives if the embed is not usable for you.

Where we identify a barrier, we work to fix it as we find it, and we welcome reports that help us prioritize. If you encounter something that is not listed here, please let us know using the contact details below.

Compatibility

Our website is designed to work with recent versions of major web browsers, including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Apple Safari, on both desktop and mobile devices.

It is also intended to be compatible with common assistive technologies, including screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, and TalkBack, used with a current browser. Older browsers or assistive technologies that are no longer supported by their makers may offer a reduced experience, and we generally recommend keeping your browser and assistive technology up to date for the best results.

Feedback & how to get help

Your feedback matters. If you run into an accessibility barrier on loomiweb.com, or if you need information or a service from us in a different, accessible format, please tell us. When you contact us, it helps to include:

  • the web address (URL) of the page where you had trouble;
  • a short description of the problem and what you were trying to do; and
  • the browser and any assistive technology you were using, if you know them.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within five business days and to work with you toward a resolution. If a page or feature is not accessible to you, we will offer an alternative way to get the same information or complete the same task — for example, by phone or email, or by providing the content in another format on request.

Enforcement & formal complaints

We would always prefer to hear from you directly so we can fix a problem quickly. You may also have rights under laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other applicable federal, state, or local accessibility laws.
