Cookie Policy

We keep this register aligned to the public site. If the technologies we use change, we update this policy and our consent controls before enabling them.

Overview

This Cookie Policy explains how Loomi Web, Inc. ("Loomi Web," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on our website. It describes what these technologies are, the types of cookies we set, why we use them, and the choices available to you. It works alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information more broadly, and our Terms of Service.

We aim to keep our use of cookies minimal. Our site relies on a small set of strictly necessary cookies to function, remembers your cookie choice so we don't ask again on every visit, and uses privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics only where permitted.

What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device (computer, tablet, or phone) when you visit. Cookies let a site remember information about your visit, such as your preferences, so the site can work properly and, where enabled, understand how it is used.

We also use similar technologies that serve comparable purposes, including:

  • Local storage: browser storage (such as localStorage) that keeps small values on your device — for example, we store your cookie choice under the key loomi_cookie_consent.
  • Pixels and tags: tiny snippets that help measure page views and site activity.

Throughout this policy we use the term "cookies" to refer to cookies and these similar technologies together. Cookies may be first-party (set by Loomi Web) or third-party (set by a service we use), and either session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (kept until they expire or you clear them).

How we use cookies

We use cookies to:

  • Run the site: deliver pages, keep the site secure, and remember essential state during your visit;
  • Remember your choices: store your cookie-consent preference so we don't prompt you on every page;
  • Understand usage: measure aggregate traffic and page performance so we can improve the site — only where you have consented or where local law permits.

We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell information collected through cookies.

Types of cookies we use

The table below summarizes the categories of cookies used on this site. Exact names and durations may change as we update the site; where a specific value isn't fixed yet, it is shown as a bracketed placeholder.

Category Purpose Examples Duration Consent
Strictly necessary Enable core site functionality and security, such as serving pages and protecting against abuse. The site cannot work properly without these. Load balancing / security tokens set by our hosting platform Session only Always on (no consent required)
Analytics Measure aggregate traffic and page performance so we can improve the site. Our current analytics are cookieless and aggregate. Vercel Web Analytics (cookieless); Cal.com scheduling embed Cookieless for Vercel; Cal.com duration is controlled by Cal.com Always on (cookieless, aggregate)

Note that Vercel Web Analytics is designed to be privacy-friendly: it measures visits in aggregate and does not use cookies to track you across sites. If we introduce an analytics tool that does set cookies, we will update this table and this policy before doing so.

Your choices & how to manage cookies

Strictly necessary cookies can't be switched off because the site relies on them. Our analytics are cookieless and aggregate, so there is no on-site toggle to disable them, but you remain in control through your browser and your device:

  • Browser controls: most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies through their settings. Look under Privacy or Security — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge each provide cookie controls.
  • Blocking scripts: browser settings, tracking protection, or an extension can block analytics scripts from loading at all.
  • Ask us: if you have a question or request about how we measure site traffic, email us and we'll help.

Blocking or deleting some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

Third-party cookies & analytics

Some cookies and technologies may be set by third parties that help us operate the site — for example, our hosting and analytics providers. These providers process information under their own privacy and cookie policies:

  • Hosting & delivery: our platform may set strictly necessary cookies for security and reliability.
  • Vercel Web Analytics: provides aggregate, cookieless traffic measurement.
  • Cal.com: the embedded booking calendar loads on our booking page. You can also open Cal.com directly under its own policies.

We don't control third-party cookies. Please review the relevant provider's policy for details on how they use these technologies, and see our Privacy Policy for how we handle information overall.

Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control

Some browsers offer a Do Not Track (DNT) signal, and some send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. There is no consistent industry standard for how sites should respond to DNT, and because our analytics are cookieless and aggregate, the site does not currently change its behavior in response to either signal. Where a law requires us to honor a recognized opt-out preference signal, we will do so — see Contact us below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time as our site and the technologies we use evolve. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
