Privacy Policy

This policy is provided as a clear, plain-language template. Please review it with a qualified attorney and fill in any bracketed details before relying on it for your business.

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Truevorra, Inc. ("Truevorra," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit our website, request a demo, or use our services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

Truevorra provides AI assistants, automations, and websites to businesses ("Customers"). In many cases we process information on behalf of our Customers as a service provider — for example, when a Customer's own website visitors or callers interact with an assistant we operate for that Customer. Where we act on a Customer's behalf, that Customer's privacy policy governs, and we handle the information according to our agreement with them.

Information we collect

We collect information in a few ways:

Information you provide

  • Contact and demo requests: name, email, phone number, business name, industry, and anything you include in a message.
  • Account information: if you create an account, your login credentials and profile details.
  • Communications: messages, calls, and support requests you send us.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and similar analytics.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: as described in the Cookies & tracking section.

Information processed on behalf of Customers

  • End-customer interactions: when an assistant we operate handles a call, chat, text, or form for a Customer, we may process the contact details, messages, appointment information, and recordings or transcripts involved, on that Customer's behalf.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • Respond to demo requests, inquiries, and support needs;
  • Set up and manage accounts and billing;
  • Send service-related and, where permitted, marketing communications (you can opt out anytime);
  • Monitor and analyze usage, and secure the Services against fraud and abuse;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information for money. See Your rights & choices for more on how we treat "sharing" under applicable laws.

Legal bases

Where required (for example, for individuals in jurisdictions with such requirements), we rely on one or more of the following legal bases to process personal information: your consent; performance of a contract with you; our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Services; and compliance with legal obligations.

How we share information

We share personal information only as needed to run our business:

  • Service providers: vendors who help us provide the Services (for example, hosting, communications/telephony, calendar, payment processing, and analytics providers), under contracts that limit their use of the information.
  • Our Customers: where we process information on a Customer's behalf, we share it with that Customer.
  • Legal and safety: when required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

Cookies & tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the site functions. Where required, we present a cookie choice and default to only essential cookies unless you opt in to others.

Calls, texts & recordings

Our Services may place or handle phone calls and text messages and, where enabled, create recordings or transcripts to provide and improve the Services. Automated messaging follows applicable opt-in and opt-out requirements — recipients can reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, and message and data rates may apply. Call recording is subject to applicable law; where a Customer uses recording features, the Customer is responsible for any notices or consents its jurisdiction requires.

Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we process information on behalf of a Customer, retention follows our agreement with that Customer. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, and we align our practices with recognized security standards. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Learn more on our Security page.

Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to opt out of certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of certain U.S. states (such as California) and individuals in the EEA/UK may have additional rights under laws like the CCPA/CPRA and the GDPR.

  • Access & deletion: request a copy of your information or ask us to delete it.
  • Opt out of marketing: use the unsubscribe link in our emails or reply STOP to texts.
  • Do Not Sell/Share: we do not sell personal information for money; to the extent any sharing constitutes a "sale" or "sharing" under applicable law, you may opt out by contacting us.

To exercise a right, contact us using the details below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights, and we may need to verify your identity before responding. If we process your information on behalf of a Customer, we may refer your request to that Customer.

Children's privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
